The market development of cosmetic tube packaging and the difference at home and abroad
Cosmetic tube packaging is a very common form of packaging in today’s life. From the perspective of the performance, shape design or physical and chemical parameters of the tube, it can be seen that the development of cosmetic tube packaging is very mature.
The sealing cap is welded on the soft packaging of daily chemicals, which makes the packaging have the advantages of bottles and bags. There are three main forms of packaging:
1. Angle welding is currently the most popular method in the European market. It has the characteristics of dumping, convenient filling, beautiful placement and so on. Generally used for refill packaging of more than 300ml.
2. Welding on the top, popular in Japan, generally used for small package products below 100ml.
3. In the United States, welding on a flat surface is very common. Mainly used for large-volume industrial packaging, usually with cardboard boxes on the outside.
The capped flexible packaging used in daily chemical products can be divided into auxiliary packaging and final packaging according to its functions. Supplementary packaging refers to packaging that uses bottle packaging as the use packaging, and uses the capped flexible packaging as the secondary or multiple supplementary content. Final packaging refers to packaging that has no other purpose, and capped flexible packaging is the final packaging used by consumers.
For China’s inland market, the third is mainly used for industrial products. Chinese industrial enterprises need a period of time to update technology and concepts, so there will be no obvious market development in the short term; but the first two packaging methods.
